    On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to participate the 2022 The 6th International Conference on Agricultural and Food Science (6th ICAFS 2022) to be held virtual online during September 28-30, 2022. Organizers
    ICAFS2022 is organized by Asia-Pacific Association of Science Engineering and Technology, coorganized by Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and Research Institute for Agricultural Economics and Rural Development (ICEADR), Romania, in cooperation with multiple academic affiliations.
Topics
    ICAFS2022 has been designed to provide an innovative and comprehensive overview of agricultural and food science. A focus will be given on: 
1. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (in agricultural aspects especially physiological and biochemical regulation of plants and crops, biomolecules with specialized functions, biosynthesis and characterization and characterization of relevant biomaterials);
2. Food Chemistry and Engineering (Research on the physical and chemical characteristics, chemical detection, biological characteristics of foods, fermentation processes and chemical treatment processes, etc);
3. Environmental Science and Engineering (Environmental interdisciplines relevant to agriculture, including applications of physics, chemistry, biology, geography and resources);
4. Sensing and Signal Processing, Modeling and Computation (Application of signal processing and agricultural informatics; mathematical modeling and precision agriculture);

    All previous conference can be accessed at ICAFS archivesICAFS2021 was held virtual online during Oct 28-30, 2021Previous ICAFS were held virtual online (2021, 2020); in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2019); Istanbul, Turkey (2018) and Lahore, Pakistan (2017). 
Publication
    All accepted abstracts will be included in conference abstract book. 
    After author's extension and peer-review by the committee, selected full papers will be included in conference proceedings and sent to major databases such as Scopus, Ei Compendex, Web of Science-CPCI, etc, for indexation. Previous published proceedings were in: ICAFS2021 IOP series: JPCS (forthcoming)ICAFS2020 EES V705, ICAFS2019 EES V559. (>>More details).
