International Conferences on Agricultural & Food Science (2018 ICAFS) were held in Istanbul Turkey during October 28-30, 2018 at Nippon Hotel.
 

The conference was organized by Asia-Pacific Association of Science, Engineering and Technology (APASET), Bahri Dağdaş International Agricultural Research Institute, Celal Bayar University, Igdir University and held by Jessore University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh (JUST), Malaysian Journal of Halal Research Journal (MJHR), South-Central University for Nationalities of China and Zoological Society of Pakistan.

 

These conferences provided a unique forum where innovative developments in Agricultural and Food Biotechnology, Animal Science & Biotechnology, Plant Science & Biotechnology, Food Science & Nutrition, Agricultural Resources, Environment & Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture Sustainable, Economic and Management issues were exchanged and discussed by all stakeholders. Delegates from Algeria, Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Turkey, USA and China participated in the event. 

In the opening ceremony, Dr. Bülent Bülbül, Bahri Dağdaş International Agricultural Research Institute, inaugurated the conferences. In his inaugural address, he warmly welcomed the delegates from all over the world. And then conference program chair Prof. A. M. Abd El-Aty from Atatürk University gave his welcome speech for all delegates. The participants group from University of Science and Technology Houari Boumedienne (USTHB), Algeria also brought wonderful oral and poster presentations.

 

Total of 12 oral and 25 posters presentations were presented in the event. Renowned scientists across the world presented their research work and plenary talks in event. Prof. A. M. Abd El-Aty also chaired an open discussion “Challenges in Scientific Publication: Editor, reviewer, and author perspectives” during the conference.

 

ICAFS is an annual academic conference and the 2019 conference is under preparation and we welcome scholars and researchers to participate our future events.
