The 7th International Conference on Agricultural and Food Science (ICAFS 2023) was successfully held virtually from September 29th to October 1st, 2023.

 

ICAFS2023 was co-organized by Asia-Pacific Association of Science Engineering and Technology, Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in cooperation with Romania Research Institute for Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, and multiple academic affiliations.

 

The conference commenced on September 29th with opening welcome speeches delivered by the conference chair and partners from the co-organizers. Distinguished experts in their respective fields were invited to share their cutting-edge research live online.

 

The conference spanned three days and consisted of several sessions, covering a wide range of topics:

 

   - 1. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology;

   - 2. Food Chemistry and Engineering;

   - 3. Environmental Science and Engineering;

   - 4. Agronomy, agriculture and plant biotechnology;

   - 5. Animal biotechnology, veterinary, and livestock science;

   - 6. Sensing and Signal Processing, Modeling and Computation;

   - 7. Related Science, Technology and Applications.

 

ICAFS is an annual academic conference, and preparations for the 2024 conference are already underway. We extend a warm invitation to scholars and researchers to participate in our future events, where they can engage in stimulating discussions, share their latest findings, and contribute to the advancement of the field.
