Prof. Dr. Ali Aberoumand
Chair professor at Behbahan Khatm Alanbia University of Technology, Iran.
He has been worked on Fish different species fillets in Iran. He published many articles in this subject in best scientific journals. He published more than 100 papers and six books. He is also the lecturer in the university in Iran.
Research Interest: His research interest includes Physicochemical properties before and after processing, Food chemistry, and processing, Diet contain seafood and its role in the health of people.
Presentation Title: Effects of vacuum packaging on proximate and minerals contents of fillet fish Lethrinus nebulosus in different freezing time at temperature of -18°C.
 
Dr. Carmen Teresa Celis-Giraldoa

Presentation Title: Preliminary study of ivermectin residues in bovine livers in the Bogota Savanna


Prof. Dr. Girija Devaki
College of Horticulture, KAU P.O., Kerala Agricultural University, India.
Research Interests: Dr. Devaki Girija and team had developed two microbial cultures that could replace cow dung in aerobic composting for large scale management of solid waste. They had isolated Bacillus Subtilis (bacteria) and Gongronella butleri (fungi) which made an efficient inoculum for the degradation of biodegradable waste.

Dr. Marotti Ilaria

Research Interests: She carries out research in the field of the crop quality in terms of agronomic performance, nutritional and healthy properties, in agricultural systems with low environmental impact. The research interests are aimed in particular at the study of the relationships between agronomic technique, environmental factors and production of nutraceutical compounds in aromatic and medicinal plants, grain legumes and cereal crops in a context of sustainable and agro-ecological production

Dr. Tahereh Mohammadabadi
Associate professor, Faculty of Animal Science and Food Technology, Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan, Iran.
Research Interests: She works on production of organic and health animal products such as milk and meat by manipulation of diet in the animal; possible changes in feed of the dairy camel, buffalo and cow by using some additives, plants or seeds to enhance milk quality, medicinal and antioxidants properties and fatty acid profiles which helps in health issues.
Presentation Title: The effect of inclusion of olive pulp on production, quality and microbial counts of milk in the dromedary camels


Dr. XiangRong Tian
Associate professor and PhD Student Supervisor of Pesticide Chemistry, College of Plant Protection, Northwest A&F University, China.
Research Interests: drug discovery and development, bioactive secondary metabolites, marine natural products, saponins, alkaloids, quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR), pesticide chemistry, insecticidal, antibacterial and cytotoxic activity. He is expertized in the techniques of 1D and 2D NMR, MS and CD/ECD to elucidate complicated chemical structures. He published his research results in more than 30 peer-reviewed articles.
